Many homes in the estate have won design awards and feature stunning designs by Noosa leading architects. 36 The Promontory is no different being designed by well-known designer Paul Clout. Much of Noosa Waters is waterfront property and as such offers an excellent lifestyle choice. The canal is protected from boating traffic and from tidal surges by a private lock. The lock joins Noosa Waters directly to the Noosa River. This is the perfect arrangement for ease of access to waterways and the ocean whilst maintaining security and privacy for owners in Noosa Waters. Close to Noosaville and the Noosa River, Noosa Waters is only a short walk or drive to the shops, cafes and fine dining along the riverfront at Gympie Terrace.
The Unit - This fully fenced exceptional executive home is the ideal couple’s getaway. A large master suite and spa on the lower level flow onto expansive decks that connect with kitchen, dining and living areas. The fully functional kitchen is fitted with integrated coffee machine, microwave and dishwashers that all flow around the large centre island and look out over the pristine waterways. With a large master downstairs and the other three en-suited bedrooms upstairs. This property provides the idyllic family getaway. The property has a full reverse cycle air-conditioning.

The lock up garage is for one car only + 2 driveway car spaces (owner keeps a car in the double garage)
Weddings, functions, parties or schoolies are not permitted and pets are also not allowed.
Linen, bath towels, and bed makes on arrival are supplied.

Loch Key available but must be requested at time of booking - this will allow you bring your boat or Jet ski to enjoy around the water ways of the River or Noosa waters - a $500 Bond is required when receiving the lock key - this will be charged to your credit card and refunded when the loch key is returned.
** The boat on the boat lift is not for guest use
** Only one set of keys including a remote for the garage is provided and these are accessed via a lock box on site
** There is no fence to the waterfront - consideration needs to be given with young children

If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
