The Master suite occupies upper level with a King bed, separate parents retreat/office, ensuite, walk in robe, plantation shutters to doors and windows, ceiling fan, 39 inch TV, air conditioning and large private covered balcony. 2nd bedroom is a guest suite with Queen bed, full ensuite facilities, ceiling fan and 32 inch TV. 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed and ceiling fan. 4th bedroom has 2 Single racing car beds only suitable for the kids with a ceiling fan. Family bathroom includes a corner spa bath and a separate powder room with hand basin.
Renovated chef's kitchen with SMEG appliances (dishwasher, wall oven, ceramic cooktop, range hood), F&P French door fridge/freezer, Panasonic microwave and Nespresso coffee machine (bring your favourite pods with you!). There is also a laundry facility with an LG front loading washing machine and Electrolux drier.
Family area downstairs includes a 60 inch CURVED screen TV, large air conditioning unit, leather lounge and water views. Separate dining room with seating for 8 and air conditioner. Move to the outdoor via bi-fold doors where there is an undercover al frecso area with dining suite for 8 people, a large WEBER family BBQ, all overlooking the large saltwater resort style swimming pool (fully fenced and compliant). This property is fully screened (except for bi-fold doors) with an outdoor shower (cold water only). Plus, sun lounges and chairs plus a large cantilever umbrella in the pool area.
Loch Key available but must be requested at time of booking - this will allow you bring your boat or Jet ski to enjoy around the water ways of the River or Noosa waters - a $500 Bond is required when receiving the lock key - this will be charged to your credit card and refunded when the loch key is returned
NO lock up garage available but driveway parking for 2 cars is available, but the property’s entry is security gated and there is a free WIFI.
Weddings, parties, functions or schoolies are not permitted. Pets are not allowed.
Linen, bath towels, and bed makes on arrival are supplied.
Please note that the owner has a boat permanently moored in a boat lift which is not for guest use

Payment Methods
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
