The Location - Our Sunshine Beach House is located right nearby some of the most beautiful parts of nature, nightlife and eateries that Australia has to offer. A five minute walk to Sunshine Beach and Park will make your holiday easy and stress free to experience all the activities under the sun. Less than 4kms from the eat street Hastings Street, and Noosa Heads Main Beach too!
Are you a nature lover? We've got you covered! Noosa National Park has stunning coastal scenery, accessible places to enter, and many easy to intermediate walking trails to follow. See all the spectacular Noosa Headland views, alongside the nearby areas Lake Weyba, Peregian and Coolum, spanning over 2883 hectares.
Snorkelling in natural saltwater pools on a dramatic headland with a stone beach & coastal forest sounds like a dream holiday - luckily for you, it’s real and it’s named the Fairy Pools. If you’re up for going on a short walk, Laguna Lookout’s circular overlook is certainly a big reward. Set on the edge of Noosa Heads township, amid towering eucalypt forest, Laguna Lookout showcases strikingly-beautiful views of Laguna Bay and Noosa’s main beach. See humpback whales between June and November, migrating to and from their northern breeding grounds.
The House - The magnificent Sunshine Beach House spread over two levels with stair access can sleep up to 10 guests. The luscious palm greenery surrounds the property giving this beachy, relaxing vibe to all those who visit. Take in the outdoor areas with a table and chairs on the patio to fit 8, or upstairs on the deck with lounges, a dining area and a BBQ overlooking everything.
The upstairs deck can be accessed from the outside stairs leading from the carport. Once you've taken in the sun, head inside to the open plan living room accompanied by a flat screen television, excellent phone reception, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Travelling further into this open plan area allow the floor to roof windows greet you with sunlight in the dining and kitchen areas. Our full kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer combo, plenty of pantry storage, microwave, cook top oven, an island bench top with bar stools and a Nespresso coffee machine (bring your own pods for some delicious coffee in the morning).
Wooden floorboards continue to lead us through to the two upstairs bedrooms. The master bedroom features tastefully decorated artwork coordinating with rug and bed spreads upon the king bed. Plantation shutters and a ceiling fan let the breeze comfort you during the summer nights. Head into the spacious ensuite. Our other upstairs bedroom has a Queen Bed with an attached ensuite with a shower over bath, vanity and toilet.
Heading downstairs is the second living room across tiled floors. The second living room also has a flat screen television and opens it's doors wide onto the patio area where a small garden surrounds the outdoor furniture. Inside the three downstairs bedroom reside with the first supporting a king and a ceiling fan, the second supporting a queen bed and the third supporting one double bed. Our third downstairs bedroom also has a desk for those who need to complete work away from home. The downstairs bathroom is equipped with a vanity, shower and separate toilet. A washing machine and clothes dryer can be found internally off this downstairs bathroom. Off street parking is available for two cars under the carport, so no need to drive around Sunshine Beach!
Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 2.00 pm.
Please note: We do not take bookings for young groups and the maximum number of guests we can accommodate is 10, including infants.

Payment Methods
Cancellation Policy
- Effective from 1 February 2019, the following Cancellation policy will apply to all bookings made from that date and will replace any previous Cancellation policies.
- Any request to cancel a reservation must be notified in writing and may result in the forfeiture of all monies paid by you to NHR and the Property Owner in respect of the reservation
- A notification of cancellation of a confirmed booking must be made in writing, either by email to [email protected] or by letter, addressed to NHR, 25 Hastings Street, Noosa Heads QLD 4567.
- Provided that a notice of cancellation is given up to 90 days from arrival, at the absolute discretion of NHR, an offer will be made to transfer the booking to another date and, subject to meeting the requirements of Clause 5 of these Terms and Conditions, and if agreed, a Transfer Fee (as defined in Clause 6 of these Terms and Conditions) will apply.
- With respect to a cancellation under these Terms and Conditions NHR will attempt to find a guest who will book for the same period and at the same tariff. If NHR is successful, then NHR will consider refunding all moneys for nights rebooked less a $500 (Inclusive GST) administrative fee and any other costs or fees incurred by the owner as a result of the cancellation.
- Despite all efforts, NHR may not be able to find another guest for the same period and at the same tariff, or at all, and may have to reduce the tariff or agree to an overlapping booking. In that case the amount refunded will be reduced accordingly.
- If an owner’s loss exceeds the amount of moneys paid by the guest as a deposit, then the guest whose booking was cancelled will be indebted to the owner for the balance.
- If a booking is affected due to a Government Health Directive, the Property Owner may allow a guest to move their booking dates. However, Travel Insurance taken out by the guest – as strongly recommended elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions – must be relied upon by the guest should they choose to cancel their booking.
- If a refund is provided to a guest for any reason where the tariff or deposit has been paid by credit card, the Credit card fee paid is not refundable as these fees are not refundable from the bank. We do provide alternative means of payment where fees are not incurred, specifically by direct deposit. Please ask for details if you wish to pay by this method.
- Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions. If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
- Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
