The Unit - With lush lawns and a palm studded garden, this 3 bedroom house delivers a delightful marriage of private bedrooms, casual waterfront entertaining under a pool side pergola, expansive paved patios and a shaded path to the waterfront and 8 meter timber private jetty.
With loads of privacy from the leafy street, once in the front door, this home opens up to a light filed atrium and a staircase curving up to the upper level master suite. You then capture the direct view to the water, with high set windows catching light from the east and sliding glass tinted doors lining the north west orientation to the wide canal.
A garden wing houses two bedrooms, nicely updated laundry and a family bathroom with full bath and separate shower.
The kitchen will impress - renovated fully in 2016, it features pale stone benches, soft close drawers and cupboards and heaps of cupboard space and work benches. Budding chefs will be ecstatic with the workmanship in the newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen, which includes a new gas cooktop, Bosch dishwasher, Bosch wall oven and and combination microwave/convection oven, plus a large Samsung fridge with ice maker and ice water dispenser. De Longhi Nespresso machine included - a selection of pods provided but bring your favourite flavours!

Steps down to the water lead to a grassed area and a private 8 meter timber jetty (sorry but no boat comes with it!)
Loch Key available but must be requested at time of booking - this will allow you bring your boat or Jet ski to enjoy around the water ways of the River or Noosa waters - a $500 Bond is required when receiving the lock key - this will be charged to your credit card and refunded when the loch key is returned
There is a 2 car lock up garage plus drive way parking for up to 2 cars.
Weddings, parties, functions or schoolies are not permitted and the property is NOT pet friendly
Linen, bath towels, and bed makes on arrival are supplied.
And stay 10 nights or more and there will be a cold bottle of Mumm French champagne in the fridge awaiting your arrival!

If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
