The complex includes a jetty and pool and is conveniently located with a park and barbecue facilities next door all just a short stroll from Noosa Harbour. Noosa River gardens is the ideal accommodation Noosaville to start your next holiday. This property is one of the best rentals in Noosa!

The Unit – This spacious first floor apartment offers extensive views to Noosa Heads. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, stainless steel kitchen and spacious living facilities. The open plan living area offers flat widescreen TV & DVD, stereo, and phone with free local calls.

Offering in addition, an outdoor BBQ area and seating for those warm nights and a full laundry facilities. The lock up garage for one car – is NOT suitable for high or 4WD vehicles due to a canoe permanently stored in the roof area.

Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 2.00 pm.

Very poorly maintained, tired and dirty

This is the worst property we've ever stayed in Noosa.Tired, dirty & very poorly maintained. A lower price than some apts shouldn't mean it can't be well maintained, furnished, equipped & clean. One reason we booked for, the balcony, tiles were shattered/damaged. Also balcony was dirty & not swept for arrival (we cleaned it). Any cleaning was done on the surface only. Looking in draws, cupboards, windows, bathroom grout, shower screens etc, nothing had been cleaned/or for some time. Carpets, curtains, sofas, chair/cushions all dirty and old (except for one oddly single red & white cushion). Black dirt/grim around window ledges (we cleaned). Draws and cupboards full of dirt/bits (we cleaned). Cupboard/wardrobe contents all untidy and messy. Cutlery tray dirty & old (around $20 to replace). Carpets frayed around edges. Round posts (structure?) rotting away at floor level throughout. Curtains old & dirty. Dirty/mouldy silicone around showers. Dirty grout. One bathroom cabinetry seemed to be newer. The view, the location & the size is great, but this didn't make up for the feeling of it being dirty, old & worn, so we stayed out as much as possible. This property is in dire need of maintainance throughout, along with a thorough cleaning, soft furnishing/furniture upgrades. The couch & rattan seats too dirty to want to sit on. A more thorough clean for each stay would be suggested moving forward (eg. check state of draws, cupboards etc). Sorry to be providing such feedback, but it's hoped it's taken on board with the objectivity that's intended. This could be a great place to stay, but doesn't appear that any money has been spent on it for a very very very long time. How is it possible such a poor quality property is rented out for holiday stays. When we called on arrival, the offer of sending the cleaner back was declined as it should have been cleaned properly in the first place. Would rate zero if possible. Regards. Disappointed guest.

Great Location

Location is fantastic, unit was clean. The only issue we had was parking. Garages are only small and street parking is very limited.

Location is great but booking issues were a problem.

We have stayed in this unit many times & enjoyed the location & access to a jetty for our boat.
This time however the agents have changed & picking up the key from a new location in very busy Hastings Street was very difficult.
The booking process with the new agent was annoying with the continual up selling & requests for unnecessary private details . Also taking the final balance out of our account with no warning was concerning .
The unit is comfortable but is looking a bit tired. The veranda & garage we left dirty. We were unable to use the garage due to a kayak hanging up.

Cancellation Policy

  • Effective from 1 February 2019, the following Cancellation policy will apply to all bookings made from that date and will replace any previous Cancellation policies.
  • Any request to cancel a reservation must be notified in writing and may result in the forfeiture of all monies paid by you to NHR and the Property Owner in respect of the reservation
  • A notification of cancellation of a confirmed booking must be made in writing, either by email to [email protected]au or by letter, addressed to NHR, 25 Hastings Street, Noosa Heads QLD 4567.
  • Provided that a notice of cancellation is given up to 90 days from arrival, at the absolute discretion of NHR, an offer will be made to transfer the booking to another date and, subject to meeting the requirements of Clause 5 of these Terms and Conditions, and if agreed, a Transfer Fee (as defined in Clause 6 of these Terms and Conditions) will apply.
  • With respect to a cancellation under these Terms and Conditions NHR will attempt to find a guest who will book for the same period and at the same tariff. If NHR is successful, then NHR will consider refunding all moneys for nights rebooked less a $500 (Inclusive GST) administrative fee and any other costs or fees incurred by the owner as a result of the cancellation.
  • Despite all efforts, NHR may not be able to find another guest for the same period and at the same tariff, or at all, and may have to reduce the tariff or agree to an overlapping booking. In that case the amount refunded will be reduced accordingly.
  • If an owner’s loss exceeds the amount of moneys paid by the guest as a deposit, then the guest whose booking was cancelled will be indebted to the owner for the balance.
  • If a booking is affected due to a Government Health Directive, the Property Owner may allow a guest to move their booking dates. However, Travel Insurance taken out by the guest – as strongly recommended elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions – must be relied upon by the guest should they choose to cancel their booking.
  • If a refund is provided to a guest for any reason where the tariff or deposit has been paid by credit card, the Credit card fee paid is not refundable as these fees are not refundable from the bank. We do provide alternative means of payment where fees are not incurred, specifically by direct deposit. Please ask for details if you wish to pay by this method.
  • Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions. If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
  • Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
