The Unit- This beautiful apartment split over 3 levels features three spacious bedrooms, stunning and well-equipped kitchen, large size sunny balcony with gas BBQ, outdoor dining and sun lounge. Extremely well maintained and modern, this apartment lives up to its prestigious Little Cove Road address with a fantastic outlook to Laguna Bay -great place to relax with a lovely tropical inground pool. It offers free internet access with big screen Plasma TV and DVD player, an entertainment system is perfect for nights when you want to stay in. The kitchen is fully equipped with Miele dishwasher, Miele electric cook-top, Miele range-hood, Gaggenau under bench oven & Panasonic microwave.
The unit is split over 3 levels - level 1 has the single bedrooms and family bathroom, level 2 has the living area and outdoor living, whilst level 3 is the master bedroom. The master bedroom has King size bed, bedside table, lamp, and ceiling fan, built-in robes ensuite which includes a double shower. Also, it has its own private furnished balcony. The bedroom two and three has 2 single beds, ceiling and pedestal fans. The family bathroom has a shower over a full bath.
In the rear bedroom the two singles can be joined together to make a King bed - if required it Must be requested at time of making the booking.
Other features of this unit are a full laundry facility with F&P washing machine and Simpson clothes dryer and undercover parking is available to use for one car. There is two small sets of stairs up to the apartment once inside the complex, and then stairs inside this apartment, there is no complex lift.
Important: This property is strictly a non-smoking environment and prohibits weddings, functions, parties or schoolies - If this policy is breached you will face immediate eviction and all funds paid will be forfeited.
Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc. (to get you through your first night) . Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 2.00 pm.

In the canopy of the trees overlooking the ocean!
Our stay at this apartment was fabulous. it was clean and well maintained (looked just like the photos). The location was all that we thought it was going to be and better. The only thing I would point out is Little Cove is "steep terrain", be prepared to climb. I had my parents with us and they found the going a bit tough. Access to Little Cove Beach was good with a cross walk which helped as the Park Road is busy. All in all I would totally recommend Kareka as a destination for Noosa.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following policies apply:
- Up to 30 days prior to check in – Loss of 50% of full accommodation plus the booking fee.
- Within 30 days of arrival – Loss of full accommodation cost plus booking fee.
If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
- Any bookings made via an online travel agency, for example but not limited to, Stayz, Booking.com, Airbnb or any other booking provider will be subject to that other provider’s terms and conditions in addition to these Terms and Conditions as applicable. If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, Booking.com, Airbnb or any other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
- Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
- Please be aware, from time to time, bookings made via an online travel agency, may appear to be confirmed by the online travel agency however are not confirmed with alloggio management due to the online travel agencies inconsistent syncionisation with a channel manager, in this case you – the guest will have to communicate directly with the online travel agency to seek further accommodation. Alloggio Management will endeavour to aid however alloggio management cannot step in between you-the guest and the online travel agent. You will need to find alternative accommodation.
