The Location - This is located just a stone’s throw from Noosa National Park and its walking tracks that you can enjoy nature at its best. And just down the road is fabulous Little Cove Beach. It is nestled in a wanted Holiday area in always popular Little Cove. This 2 level townhouse is one of just 4 in the complex so you are assured of both privacy and a peaceful holiday. This is only a 10-minute stroll away is Noosa Main Beach and iconic Hatings St with its myriad of restaurants and top-class shopping. At the end of the day, you can sit back and enjoy a wine or cooling beer in the rear courtyard or the upstairs balcony - the choice is yours.
The Unit - This 2 bedroom apartment offers an open plan living and dining area with free TV, DvD player, free internet access, and ceiling fans throughout the area. There’s a spacious courtyard that has table, chairs, umbrella and George Foreman Electric indoor or outdoor grill where you can enjoy your alfresco dining. Balconies are fully screened and has plantation shutters. Whilst the full kitchen includes Dishlex dishwasher, microwave, Ariston electric cook top and Omega under bench oven, F&P fridge/freezer and microwave.
The main bedroom in this apartment offers a queen size bed, with balcony access. The other room has 2 single beds and both bedrooms offer ceiling fans, bedside tables, and lamps. The main bathroom offers a glass shower, vanity and toilet. Other features are fully equipped internal laundry with top loading washing machine and wall mounted electric drier and undercover parking off street for one car in a carport but note that this not a secure area.
Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc. (to get you through your first night) . Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 2.00 pm.

Great unit to stay at Noosa
We had a lovely Easter break in this unit . It was clean and tidy and suited our needs . Communication was good with the agency and key pick up was easy . Nice quiet street in walking distance to beach and Hasting street

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following policies apply:
- Up to 30 days prior to check in – Loss of 50% of full accommodation plus the booking fee.
- Within 30 days of arrival – Loss of full accommodation cost plus booking fee.
If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
- Any bookings made via an online travel agency, for example but not limited to, Stayz, Booking.com, Airbnb or any other booking provider will be subject to that other provider’s terms and conditions in addition to these Terms and Conditions as applicable. If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, Booking.com, Airbnb or any other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
- Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
- Please be aware, from time to time, bookings made via an online travel agency, may appear to be confirmed by the online travel agency however are not confirmed with alloggio management due to the online travel agencies inconsistent syncionisation with a channel manager, in this case you – the guest will have to communicate directly with the online travel agency to seek further accommodation. Alloggio Management will endeavour to aid however alloggio management cannot step in between you-the guest and the online travel agent. You will need to find alternative accommodation.
